Application note AN-07-0002-1.0
This Application note describes using AmbioMote24 for high-speed wireless comminication.
Using two AmbioMotes24, digital devices can communicated at useful data rates up to 500kpbs and distances up to 250 feet (80m) open air. The wireless link has internal data buffering and can tolerate moderate RF interference and recover from packet loss caused by such interference.
Useful data rate of the unidirectional link is 500kpbs, which is signficantly higher then ZigBee and Bluetooth connections.
No user programming is required. All link parameters are configured by a user-freendly graphical interface.
